Epicurean Umbrella (EU) is a consortium of formaly trained chefs who have executed the R&D, menu development and concept delivery for numerous multi-star establishments and private events.
Chef Al Gordon comes from the San Francisco and Las Vegas food scenes. An alum of One Market, Picasso at Bellagio, Nob Hill at MGM Grand, The Peninsula, Ford’s Filling Station and Koi.
Jennyfer Rodgers comes from the marketing and public relations scene with projects to include event menu consultation, food styling, production, execution and promotion. Her client roster includes Casa del Mar, Chateau Marmont, Shutters on the Beach, Vogue, Tod’s and Paramount Studios, amongst others.
The EU Consortium directed by Chef Gordon, is team of formally trained chefs with resumes boasting acclaimed restaurants and hotels. EU chefs have worked in New York, San Francisco, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. They are alumnus of Park Avenue Café, Michael Mina at Bellagio, Botero at Encore, Tableau at Wynn, Masa’s, Drago, The Peninsula, Water Grill, XIV, The
Ritz Carlton and The Viceroy. Collectively the EU consortium has opened and maintains numerous multi-star properties.
